In ServiceDesk 7.5 (and 7.5.1), after a new Change Request is created, there is no possibility to modify the Location field for that Change Request. None of the available forms allow this.
There should be an option to change the location after the initial creation.
This issue is resolved in ServiceDesk 8.0.
