Upgraded system from 7.X to 7.1 SP2 MP1; found the Windows System Assessment Scan (WSAS) finishes complete on the client; however, the Compliance Reports, and the client's Resource Manager, fail to display updated data.
WSAS finishes with Exit Code 0
Found no errors in Client Logs.
Found the following errors in the STPatchAssessment.log:

2308 VARIABLE DOES NOT EXIST - ERROR - Condition looking for SearchVersionFinal. The rest of the script in this product may be in error as a result. The compare was returned as FALSE.
2120 *** Error *** in COMPARE. Could not find VarName1. The rest of the script in this product may be in error as a result.
2770 *** Error *** in SELECT USING. Variable Enterprise does not exist. The rest of the script in this product may be in error as a result.
1259 *** Error *** in UpdateProductNode. Attribute (Value) does not exist. The rest of the script in this product may be in error as a result.
1. Upgrade appears to cause some issues with the ClientPolicy.xml
