Issue/Introduction

ServiceDesk users unable to log in and receive error "The supplied DateTime represents an invalid time."

"The supplied DateTime represents an invalid time. For example, when the clock is adjusted forward, any time in the period that is skipped is invalid. Parameter name: dateTime"

Cause

Product defect.

Resolution

Clearing the TimeZone entry for affected users can be used as a workaround.

Symantec development is aware of the issue and is working on it.
