When you try to create, edit or delete the assigned Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client packages from within the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) you receive an error.

Error: "Object not found : 0x16010000"

The ClientInstallationFeatures or ClientInstallationSettings object was deleted from the database leaving a broken link. When the SEPM attempted to reference this object during the package delete attempt it was unable to locate it.

It will likely be necessary to run a SQL query or specialized tool customized to your situation. Run dbvalidator and submit the dbvalidator.log file to Symantec Support for further diagnostics and resolution.
