How to downgrade Endpoint Protection client to a previous version

Issue/Introduction

A client needs to be downgraded from a newer version of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) to an older version.

Resolution

In order to move from a newer version of SEP to an older version, uninstall the new version and install the older version.

There is no supported method to migrate from a newer to an older version.
