Download Insight (DI) acts upon files downloaded from a Web site even though a Trusted Web Domains exception exists for that URL. This problem happens when downloading files through Internet Explorer (IE) version 10.0.9200.16384.
The Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client drivers that determine what URL a file is downloaded from are unable to communicate with version 10.0.9200.16384 of IE.
Symantec is aware of this problem and will update this document when a solution becomes available.
To work around this problem, upgrade to a later version of IE 10.
