A dialogue box pops up with the following error message:
Following are the application messages that are logged when the problem occurred:
The most recent message is listed first.
* There is an error in XML document (0, 0).
* Root element is missing.
When clicking on OK, it still doesn't provide access to assets.

1) Close the CCS console.
2) Delete the isolated storage from below location
%appdata%\Symantec
Here there will be some files under CCS folder. Delete the CCS folder.
Launch the CCS console and verify the asset system workspace.
