* There is an error in XML document (0, 0).
* Root element is missing.
When clicking on OK, it still doesn't provide access to assets.

CCS 12.6.x Console
1) Close the CCS console.
2) Delete the 'Preferences' folder at the following location (it will be recreated the next time the console is started):
C:\Users\<CCS Console User>\AppData\Local\Symantec\CCS
3) Launch the CCS console and verify the asset system workspace.
