Issue/Introduction

 If a ticket has been edited using the Edit Incident process type action and then placed on hold the Remove from Hold task is never created causing the ticket to be unworkable.

 No errors generated in the logs or displayed in the user interface.

Cause

Product defect.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in ServiceDesk 7.5 MP1 and later.
