Error importing assets running on Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL)

Article ID: 157320

Updated On:

Control Compliance Suite Unix

During a Symantec Control Compliance Suite Reporting and Analytics (CCS RA) asset import of OEL machines, a Data Processing Server (DPS) service error is given and the assets are not imported.

No DPS configured for can be found for 1 asset(s). No data collection will be performed.

The Data Processing Server service (DPS) does not appear to have the Comma Separated Value (CSV) options configured. The error appears to be an issue with the DPS and not related to OEL systems.

To resolve the issue, add CSV parameters to the DPS settings under CCS RA Manage->Topology->Map View (or Grid View) to the target DPS.
