BUG REPORT: Web Browser Displays Exception Error After Setting Passphrase for PDF User

Issue/Introduction

When sending an initial message to an external user with PDF Messenger as a Mail Policy rule and to require sender authorization, the external user receives an exception error after attempting to initially change the passphrase.
