Can an TSS administrator make changes to their own acid account?

CA Top Secret Administrators can REVOKE and PERMIT resources which they are authorized to admin.

The will also be able to change their own password and passphrase via TSS REPLACE(xxxxx) PASSWORD(xxxxxxx) or  TSS REPLACE(xxxxx) PHRASE(xxxxxxx) command. 

They cannot add or remove CA Top Secret administrative privileges to themselves via TSS ADMIN(xxxxxxx) command.
