Lotus Notes outgoing mails are getting blocked with error "Operation stopped at your request:".

A pop up from Lotus Notes appears stating "Operation stopped at your request:"

In the client logs of PGP Desktop there are messages saying that PGP was unable to add a new userid to the key due to a bad passphrase, but there was no password prompt requesting for a passphrase.

"Error Unable to add new userid to key: bad passphrase (-11500)"

When there are several Display Names (User ID's) on a key, PGP Desktop tries to synchronize the key with the PGP Universal Server. In order to modify the key locally, the password for the private key is requred. There was an issue that prevented the PGP Desktop password prompt to appear. This caused an error to be logged on the PGP log:   "bad passphrase (-11500)" and subsequently Lotus Notes to fail to send the message.

To fix this issue please upgrade to PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP3 or later.
