When the time zone of a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) console machine is set to one of the southern hemisphere time zones which observe daylight saving time (DST), during non-DST, all reports run to GMT schedules and show in GMT time.

Please see Daylight saving time by country for countries in southern hemisphere which observe DST and their start and end day.

It is caused by SEPM not getting the correct Daylight saving status for southern hemisphere daylight saving time zones.

This problem is fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 3 (12.1 RU3). For information on how to obtain the latest build of Symantec Endpoint Protection, read ‘Obtaining the latest version of Symantec Endpoint Protection or Symantec Network Access Control

Only Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12.1 RU1 and later versions are affected.
