Issue/Introduction

When generating key for the client during the enrollment process, you receive this error message from PGP Desktop: "the TLS connection was unexpectedly shutdown (-11250)"

Cause

There is a proxy setting configured on PGP Universal Server for PGP Desktop clients which does not allow TLS connection.

Resolution

Remove the wrong proxy server setting in PGP Universal Server field for the clients as pictured below:
