Domain discovery does not work with Domain Membership/WINS Import

Issue/Introduction

Error displayed while attempting to perform a domain search using WINS/Network Discovery.  While unable to search, it was possible to browse the domain manually.

Cause

The NS machine is not configured properly for Domain Membership/WINS Import task

Resolution

On the NS machine, perform the following:

1.  Verify that Computer Browser service is started

2.  If on a virtual machine, enable virtual machine following -- VM > Settings > Options > Shared Folders > Always Enabled

3.  Verify Network Discovery is turned on for current network profile -- Network and Sharing Center > Advanced Sharing Settings
