If you go to Reference Tools -> Google Search (groups) in an existing incident inside he Process Manager, a window with the following error message opens: "This content cannot be displayed in a frame".
Google recently changed the Custom Search to no longer allow using an iframe to host a custom search. Further information can be found in the Google knowledge base article number 70381.
Symantec is aware of this change made by Google and we have adjusted our code accordingly with ServiceDesk product version 7.5. At this point in time there are no plans to backport this enhancement into older versions of the product.
