Issue/Introduction

This article defines the status mapping for the STATE column within the BusinessFlows database table. These values are used to track the lifecycle and operational status of workflows within Identity Governance.

Resolution

You can query the STATE column in the BusinessFlows table (e.g., [eurekify_sdb].[dbo].[BusinessFlows]) to retrieve the status of a specific BusinessFlow.

 

 

State Value	Description
0	CREATED: All BusinessFlowTasks have been created, but the BusinessFlow has not started.
1	IN_PROGRESS: At least one BusinessFlowTask workpoint job has started.
2	STOPPED: The BusinessFlow has been stopped.
3	ARCHIVED: The BusinessFlow is archived.
4	TEMPLATE: Recurring or recertification campaign template.
5	PURGED: The BusinessFlow is being purged and should be ignored.
6	COMPLETED: All BusinessFlowTasks are complete.
7	CREATE: The BusinessFlow is in the creation state.
8	CAMPAIGN_TEMPLATE: Campaign templates defined for each universe.
