Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit network card loses connexion regularly with Network Threat Protection component from SEP 12.1 RU1 or SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1.
Symptoms are all related and can be
-The IP address cannot be renewed randomly
-DHCP doesn't assign IP address
-----> Whether the customer uses Teaming or not doesn't make any difference.
-----> Assigning static IP address doesn't fix the issue.
You might see lots of Event ID 4001 Warnings, or that the Microsoft-Windows-WLAN-AutoConfig has been stopped.
Or Event ID 1014 Warnings, that Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client timeouts.
Poor firmware coding, Windows Update seems to apply certified firmware drivers.
Update the firmware via Windows Update

Make sure as well that the system is fully patched and has latest hotfixes.
