The download of product or fixes from the new CA Support portal requires an identification of the product name.
How to find the list of Netmaster for TCP/IP fixes from the new CA Support portal?
- From the Download center page, there are an upper box with an arrow where the product can be selected by name and a lower box for filter search on Product or Solution
- Enter Netmaster on the upper box and select CA Netmaster product
- Go down the page and click on 'Solution Downloads' tab and then '2' (Next page)
- Go down the page and click on the corresponding release of CA Netmaster Network Management for TCP/IP MVS (12.2, 12.1, 12.0, …)
- Click on Component arrow, select 'Unicenter Netmaster Management Services' and click on FILTER button
- The number of Solutions per page can be configured from 10 to 100 and is located at the bottom of the page.
- The product can be selected in the same way as the solution by clicking on Product tab.
- Each change by selection from the Search filter should be followed by FILTER click button
- The fixes can be downloaded into cart or individually
