PGP Universal Server Policy is not Updated on BlackBerry Device

Issue/Introduction

When creating or modifying a PGP Universal Server policy, it is not updated on the BlackBerry device.

Cause

Note that PGP Universal Server policy updates for the BlackBerry device will not occur until the BlackBerry device is rebooted or the Policy Cache Timeout configured on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) occurs.

Resolution

This can be resolved by one of the following:

1. Restart the BlackBerry device by removing the battery.
2. Wait for the Policy Cache Timeout configured on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES).
