You recently upgraded Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) from 12.1 RU1 to 12.1 RU1 MP1 build.
Since then, you are have an error while logging ("Unexpected server error") and you are unable to access Reporting, either using the Java console (first three tabs are empty: Home, Monitors, Reports) or Web interface (https://localhost:8445/Reporting).
"Unexpected server error"
Issue with PHP impersonation settings.
1. Go to SEPM\apache\conf
2. Make a backup of httpd.conf
3. Edit httpd.conf
4. Search for "FcgidImpersonation On" and replace it by "FcgidImpersonation Off"
5. Save changes
6. Restart both SEPM services ("Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager" and "Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Webserver")
Applies To
SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1, using local SQL Server database with Windows authentication.
