Using the Outlook 2010 mail client, a scheduled email is configured to send at a particular time, but it never is actually sent.
Without the Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12.1 client Outlook plug-in, the mail is sent without any difficulty.
This issue has been fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 Release Update 1 (RU1) Maintenance Patch 1 (MP1).
