After deleting a contact from an incident using Firefox, an error message is shown.

License check failed for this request. Either you do not have permission to access this content or your license usage has exceeded the available number of licenses.

Cause

Product defect.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in ServiceDesk/Workflow 7.5 release.
