When you log in to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) console, you notice that all clients disappear from the groups:
- If you click 7 times on Refresh
- If you move 7 times among group tree
You then need to logoff/logon if you want to find clients back.
This problem is cosmetic and do not impact security (clients are communicating and updating, client logs are received by SEPM, etc.).
Upgrade SEPM to version 12.1 RU1 MP1.
Situation 1: Standalone SEPM 12.1 RU1.
Situation 2: SEPM 12.1 RU1 and its replication partner, Active Directory synchronization enabled. In this scenario, the problem only appears on replication partner.
