When attempting to authenticate with PGP BootGuard, failing to authenticate can disable the USB keyboard.

This issue is fixed in the following release:

  • PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP3 or later

Swapping the affected keyboard with another model can provide a workaround. Additionally, the built-in keyboard on laptops is unaffected and can still be used.
