Issue/Introduction

This document provide information to clear the LDAP cache in Symantec Messaging Gateway 9.x.

Resolution

In the Symantec Messaging Gateway Control Center,

Go to "Administration" then "Directory Integration".

Edit the directory data source you want to clear and

Go to the "Advanced" tab. In the "Cache Settings",

click on "Clear Cache".
