In Symantec Web Gateway all traffic is not visible in the custom reports

Issue/Introduction

A Content Filter policy has been enabled and configured In Symantec Web Gateway but all the users http traffic is not visible as expected in the custom reports when no filter has been selected.
 

Cause

The correct monitoring level has not been selected in the policy.
 

Resolution

Perform the following to see all the traffic including the allowed traffic in the SWG:
1. In the Web GUI - Policies - Configuration - edit the policy created
2. Under Content Filtering Categories - All Categories - select "Monitor All". All websites show now be monitored
3. Press Save - and in the configuration windows Save and Activate Changes
4. Log on to a client and browse some web sites. Confirm in the custom reports that all the traffic is now visible.
