How to find if Spectrum install/upgrade is successful?

Spectrum running on all supported versions
Resolution
If the Spectrum install/upgrade went smooth without errors, this would be an indication the process went smooth.
You could check the below files to confirm Spectrum install/upgrade went successful:
-> %SPECROOT%/.installrc
-> %SPECROOT%/Install-Tools/.history
->%SPECROOT%/Install-Tools/.install_history (you should see SUCCESS message in the last entry)
