On a managed client, you start an active scan from Scan for threats > Initiate an active scan. After pausing and minimizing the active scan window, you click Scan in the main user interface. You see a Server Busy message, and Symantec Endpoint Protection stops responding.
This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
To work around this problem, restore and unpause the active scan.
