How to download an individual fix from the new support.ca.com.



Support.ca.com was upgraded to a new site in August 2017.

In the previous version of the support site, you were able to download a single fix without wading through hundreds of fixes.

On the new site, there is no way to look up an individual fix quickly without bringing up all maintenance and searching through hundreds of fixes.

Resolution

We are currently working on the new site to improve the experience. So, expect sometime in the near future, this functionality will be returned.

As a workaround for now, you can go to “Product Information”, then select a product, then on the Product information page enter the PTF number in the “Enter search terms”.
