When a system does not meet the Minimum Requirements during the installation of Symantec Installation Manager, or an upgrade, the Install Readiness Check will fail. The Failed items listed should be resolved before continuing. Sometimes it is not possible to resolve these items, for instance, if the system does not have Internet connectivity.
"One or more Install Readiness Checks failed to run properly. Installation cannot continue. Please contact customer support for assistance."
If the Symantec Management Platform computer does not have internet access, the .NET runtime cannot access the Microsoft Certificate Revocation List servers to verify the Authenticode assembly and will not meet the Minimum Requirements.
Other Failures need to be resolved so that the ssytem meets Minimum Requirements. Common items are Disk Space and missing specific applications.
Also note Recommendations and make any changes necessary for your environment.

If necessary and you accept the results, it is possible to enable the Next button when the Install Readiness Check fails:
Add the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\AIM\InstallReadinessCheck\ to the registry. Create a DWord called EnableNextbutton and set the value to 1.
You may also download the attached Reg Key (SkipInstallReadinessCheck.reg) and double click it to create this Registry Key for you.
After you have started the Installation please remove this Registry Key.
