What are the minimum Roles and Permissions required in Control Compliance Suite v10.5.1 for users to view Dashboards they have not created?

Issue/Introduction

Users are not able to view published Dashboards they have not created or the Dashboard panels are viewable but display "No Data Found".

Resolution

In the CCS Reporting and Analytics Console navigate to Settings\Roles:

1> Assets View Role, Auditor Role & CCS_User Role should be assigned to the user so that he can view the predefined published dashboards.

In the CCS Reporting and Analytics Console navigate to Settings\Permissions Manager:

2> Business Objects->Asset Management System -> right hand pane -> Asset System ----- Select Assign Permissions | Add | Select the Asset Viewer Role | Select the User | Press Ok | Press Ok. Verify in lower right panel the new user has been added and has the Asset Viewer Role.
3> Business Objects->on the right pane->Dynamic Dashboards ----- Select Assign Permissions | Add | Select the CCS_User Role | Select the User | Press Ok | Press Ok. Verify in lower right panel the new user has been added and has the CCS_User Role.
(You may need to repeat this steps for any new published dashboard under Dynamic Dashboards)
4> Business Objects ->on the right pane -> Standards ------ Select Assign Permissions | Add | Select the Auditor Role Role | Select the User | Press Ok | Press Ok. Verify in lower right panel the new user has been added and has the Auditor Role Role.
(basically view Standards permissions)
5> Log on user will need to log off of the machine and then log back on before trying to view published Dashboard.
