Please login to the API Developer Portal 4.x host with SSH and type the following rpm command. ("$" is a prompt here)

$ rpm -q apim-portal

The result for v4.0:
apim-portal-0.9.3-927.noarch

For v4.0.170601 Patch:
apim-portal-4.0.170601-1635.noarch

For v4.1:
apim-portal-4.1.170601-1743.noarch
