SAP plugin issue- spool file retrieval not working

Issue/Introduction

How can spool files from SAP jobs be emailed to the SAP spool recipient defined in CA Workload Automation jobs of SAP R3 Type.

Release: WKLASE99000-11.3-Workload Automation-Agent SE

Resolution

Add the following parameter to agentparm.txt: 

 

sap.use.BAPI_XBP_JOB_SPOOLLIST_READ=true 

smtp.server=<host name of the mail server>

 

Save the change and restart the agent.
