Issue/Introduction

A message is removed from the delivery queue without generating a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) on SMG.

554 5.7.0 manually failed

Cause

This behavior is expected, and the SMG is working by its design.

Resolution

Be aware that if a message is manually removed from the delivery queue, whether through the Command Line Interface (CLI) or the Control Center, the message will be deleted from the queue without generating a Non-Delivery Report (NDR).
