PGP is unable to process (decrypt) incoming emails. Encrypted email shows with an empty body with attachments named version.txt and message.pgp
PGP may be unable to encrypt outbound email.

The PGP installer will proceed even if the current User Access Control (UAC) setting prevents the successful installation of all components
Prior to beginning the install of PGP, disable UAC. This will require a reboot. Install PGP. Once the computer has completed its reboot to finish the PGP installation, UAC may be set to whichever level is desired.
If PGP is already installed, you may need to uninstall it, disable UAC, re-install PGP and then set UAC to the desired level.
