Issue/Introduction

When uninstalled the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager getting message which gives the prompt "Error 1913, Could not update the INI file D:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Php.phi.ini. Verify the file exist and that you can access it." Click retry or cancel.

Resolution

Browse the phi.ini file and right click on it and go to the properties, uncheck the read only attribute and click OK.

Click on retry on the prompt. The uninstall will finish.
