Issue/Introduction

When an External Web messenger User tries to send an email to an Internal User, he/she gets the error "Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipient(s) because PGP Universal was unable to locate the necessary encryption key".
 

"Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipient  because PGP Universal was unable to locate the necessary encryption key".
 

Cause

Underlying issue is that Keys are not getting created in the 'Managed Keys' section for the Internal Users.
 

Resolution

1)  Do a full backup of 3.0.0 and also backup the organization key pair.

2)  Install 3.1.2 SP3 full iso,

3)  Restore the backup from 3.0.0 on that server,

4)  Then apply the pup for 3.2 MP3.
