The download of product or fixes from the new CA Support portal requires the product name identification.
How to find the list of Solve:Access fixes from the new CA Support portal?
Release: SLACCS00200-5-SOLVE:Access-Session Management
- From the Download center page, there are an upper box with an arrow where the product can be selected by name and a lower box for filter search on Product or Solution
- Enter Solve on the upper box and select CA Solve:Access Session Management product
- Go down the page and click on 'Solution Downloads' tab
- Go down the page and click on CA Solve:Access Session Management MVS 5.0
- Click on Component arrow, select 'Unicenter Netmaster Management Services' and click on FILTER button
- Click on Component arrow, select 'CA Solve:Access Session Management' and click on FILTER button
- The Component column indicates NMS for Management Services
- The Component column indicates SACCES for Solve:Access
- The list of fixes is returned when the FILTER button is pressed
