Resolution

A method to do this would be to setup a Policy Xpress Policy to modify a required attribute to hide from the Global Address List. By default, users will have an attribute "msEchHideFromAddressLists" contain a value of "<not set>". Select this attribute and edit the attribute to a value of "True". This will hide the requested user from the Global Address List.
