How to track deleted Endevor element ?

Issue/Introduction
When deleting an element from the Endevor inventory, Endevor doesn't retain records in the inventory allowing to know who deleted the element and when the delete has been performed. The reason Why the delete has been performed should be found in the comment and/or in its related CCID used.
How to track deleted Endevor element ?

Resolution
SMF option allows to records each action and each security violation that occurs during Endevor processing.
Activating SMF recording option records each action executed, except for the following actions: Print, Display, Copy, and List.
Element Action records are written out at the end of action processing.
