Issue/Introduction

Getting the error 'Symantec Management Server Error' page when trying to view inventory from the Resource Manager screen.  It usually goes away after trying a couple more times.

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

Increase the default timeout for 'ResourceListReportGetCountDbCommandTimeout' in coresettings.config. By default it's value is 10 seconds:

Try to increase slightly the timeout (let's say to 20 sec) until the page loads properly.
