A popup appears showing Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client status while clicking on "View Details" in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1 console > Home > Endpoint Status. However, "IP Address" value printed on the screen is incorrect. It does not occur for all clients: indeed clients which have IP address within 192.168.x.x subnet show the problem, whereas there is no issues for clients within 10.160.x.x subnet.
Moreover, IP address in client details is correct.

This is related to the way the conversion between decimal IP value and classic IP format (x.x.x.x) is done. The problem only occurs if the IP range is out of Integer scale (-2147483648 to +2147483647).
This issue has been addressed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU1 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version in order to properly resolve this issue.
