By default, all date/time in Credential Manager are stored in UTC format, but these can be displayed in a specified time zone.
Why is the Date/time shown in Dual Authorization prompts using a different time zone than what is set in the Global UI Settings?
Time zone settings in Users individual Preferences override the Global Default Preferences. Please note that modifications do not take effect until the next logon session.
