Recommended method to reassign subscriptions with Web Viewer 12.1?

Do you have a recommended method or software to follow to accomplish the re-assigning of the subscriptions?
We are using the embedded Derby database.

This can only be done if you are NOT using the embedded Derby database. We do not recommend using the Derby database for production.
Otherwise refer to PML MANUAL SQL PROCEDURE TO REASSIGN ROLE SUBSCRIPTIONS for instructions on how to use SQL to reassign the favorites. This is a Manual SQL process for the situation where a user is no longer available to maintain Subscriptions created under a Role or Roles. There is currently no method available in the Web Viewer Administration screens to reassign the subscriptions to a new Owner. This allows the DBA or authorized person to perform the necessary SQL processing to display relevant information and correct this situation as needed.
