Description
IBM rolled out APAR OA48299 recently. It's a toleration fix for JES2 service level changes coming in z/OS 2.3.
Will the changes in OA48299 affect my Top Secret systems?

Resolution
The JES2 related APAR identified OA48299 should not have any affect on Top Secret processing as we do not perform any exit writer processing in our product.
