Can you use the CA DADS Plus for CICS DADM batch utility program to update or delete Class resources?

Issue/Introduction

We have cleanup activities to complete where we only remove a few entries out of a CLASS or transaction group but are not able to find a way to do the process in batch. We are restricted to a change window and when the removal involves several CICS regions and DADS files the process becomes very timely and we are unable to fit the needed changes within one short change window.

Can the updating or deletion of individual items related to a class or transaction group been done in batch mode using the DADM batch utility program?

Unfortunately  DADS Batch utility DADM is limited in its functionally. Over the years several enhancements have been requested by the client base to improve DADM batch utility. But under the current design you cannot update or delete files or transactions from classes in batch DADM. You have to make the changes  using the CA DADS Plus panels in CICS.
