Cannot get idgenxls autotrack.report to create from command line. "Privileged operation"

Issue/Introduction

Cannot get idgenxls autotrack.report to create from command line. "Privileged operation"

We successfully execute the idgensxls run.report but we receive "Privileged operation" error when attempting to execute the "autotrack.report".  

Environment

Idash 12.x

Resolution

Verify the CLI user that is executing the command is authorized to provide -u idashAdm as the argument in the command.
