A message, with unusually long Message-ID: header, destined for quarantine gets stuck in the delivery queue with "Error: 421 Closing Connection". The sender eventually gets the bounce with code "554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max time without delivery" once the message gets removed from the delivery queue after Sent message time-out period has elapsed. Each delivery attempt to Quarantine results in "Data truncation: Data too long for column 'msg_id' at row 1" error logged in BrightmailLog.log.
BrightmailLog.log shows the following errors:
ERROR - Cannot create a spam message in the database.
com.brightmail.dl.DataAccessException: An unexpected database error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. ; nested exception is:
com.mysql.jdbc.MysqlDataTruncation: Data truncation: Data too long for column 'msg_id' at row 1
